We are excited to launch the first phase of our Diabetes Awareness and Management (DAM) campaign. This phase involves distributing questionnaires to gather insights into community knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding diabetes.

Why it Matters: Diabetes is a growing concern, and this survey will help us:

• Assess community awareness.
• Identify barriers to diabetes care.
• Develop tailored education and support programs.

How You Can Help: If you are 30 or older, participate in the survey to shape future diabetes health programs.
